Prestige (DPM) Ltd, founded in 2017, is a family run business based in Enfield, London. We have grown organically into a multi-million-pound company that constantly strives for excellence. Initially aimed at the private sector residential market, we have expanded into supplying property services to registered social housing providers carrying out responsive repairs, voids refurbishment, dis repairs, damp & mould and project works.

We deliver services in London and surrounding home counties. We benefit from a diverse culture which provides a great platform to engage with our customers. We have a team of dedicated trade employees, supplemented with an extensive established supply chain with the skills and expertise to deliver successful, safe, and innovative project outcomes.

We benefit from a team made up of career individuals with experience gained working for market leading service providers at all levels ranging from directors, commercial mangers, finance managers, contract managers, admin support, supervisors, and trades operatives. Our team’s career durations range from 45 years down to 10 years covering all areas of the social housing sector. Acknowledging our social value responsibilities, our experience is passed on to the next generation through our apprenticeship’s and training schemes.
