We are a highly experienced property maintenance company, committed to improving and maintaining building standards for our clients and customers. Services in the housing sector include general planned maintenance including kitchen, bathrooms, roofing, windows, doors, painting, decorating, fire safety works, and reactive maintenance.

We also deliver PAS 2035 and PAS 2035 compliant Energy Efficiency works through our dedicated brand Novus Sustain; a fully integrated Trustmark approved end-to-end retrofit service.  Through our partnership with industry experts, we can assess stock, generate proposals, apply for funding, and install on site, providing a seamless tailored package.
