Framework Workstreams

Under Tranche 2 of Compliance Consultancy Service there are two frameworks, one for Direct Awards and one for Mini-Competitions, which is broken down into 4 workstreams:

1A & 1B Fire Safety Audit Services
Provision of Services to undertake: desktop audit and physical checks on FRA’s to Corporate, Commercial or Communal Buildings or Areas of Buildings;post completion audits of Fire safety Works; post inspections of fire fighting equipment; survey and prepar
2A & 2B Water Hygiene Audit Services
Provision of Services to undertake: desktop audit and physical checks on LRA’s to Corporate, Commercial or Communal Buildings or Areas of Buildings; inspections of water tank rooms; survey and preparation of LRA’s to Corporate, Commercial or Communal Buil
3A & 3B Asbestos Audit Services
Provision of Services to undertake: desktop audit/reviews and physical checks on Asbestos Re-Inspections, Asbestos Management Surveys and Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys to Domestic Property and Corporate, Commercial or Communal Buildings or
4A & 4B Lift and Disabled Lifting Equipment Audit Services
Provision of Services to undertake: desktop reviews andphysical checks on LOLER and SAFed reports on Passenger and Goods Lifts located in Corporate, Commercial or Communal Buildings or Areas of Residential Buildings and Disabled Lifting Equipment located
